customizations and character deletions - Guild Wars Forums

silly question, but i was wondering if you perhaps had something customized for one of your characters and you delete that character, would remaking a new character with same class and name be able to use those items? such as remaking them on another account? i'm guessing no, but i'm hoping yes.

I didn't search, I used the sticky at the top of the forum that I made.
